Role Description

The Audit Associate (CPA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This position is responsible for performing financial audits, including planning, executing, and documenting audit procedures in accordance with professional standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, analyzing account balances, and identifying audit issues and variances. The role involves collaborating with senior team members, preparing clear working papers and reports, and communicating findings and recommendations to clients. Audit Associates are expected to manage their assignments efficiently, meet engagement deadlines, and contribute to continuous process improvement within the audit team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Strong foundation in Finance and the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
• Proficiency in Auditing and conducting Financial Audits in line with applicable standards.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and assessing risks.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Philippines or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
• Knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax regulations, and familiarity with international standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila, manage multiple engagements, and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly and professionally.
