Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations or related field.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and delivery management.
• Experience supporting invoice production and billing in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and issue-resolution skills.
• Strong risk and controls mindset with attention to detail and documentation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with escalation and action planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day invoicing team activities, including work allocation and capacity planning.
• Produce accurate, timely invoices across multiple fee types with clear status visibility.
• Review outputs, enforce documentation standards, and remediate client-impacting issues.
• Drive process improvements by simplifying tasks and strengthening controls.
• Oversee fee collection accounts from receipt to posting and reconciliation.
• Apply client payments to open invoices to close receivables with audit-ready records.
• Manage client prepayments and ensure correct attribution per terms.
• Execute controlled invoice adjustments and document cash/receivable impacts.
• Reconcile fee collections, investigate breaks, and escalate issues timely.
• Maintain and enhance risk and control framework including supervisory controls.
• Coordinate monthly data procurement for billing inputs and validate data quality.
