Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Architect.
• Must have 5 years of relevant experience in Interior and Architecture Design (Mainly in Corporate Office fit-out Projects).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter.
• Programming abilities to extract information and produce reports.
• Knowledge of building and accessible codes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with directors, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across all project stages.
• Oversee assigned interior design projects, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring designs meet client expectations and requirements.
• Maintain overall design direction and aesthetics, manage deliverables, and mentor junior design staff for professional growth.
• Prepare and present design proposals, contracts, specifications, and project documents, including renderings, material boards, and furnishings.
• Drive continuous professional development by researching industry standards, innovations, and best practices to enhance project quality.
