Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines seeks an Architect to lead the design team for interior spaces, balancing creative direction with project management and technical expertise.

You will collaborate with clients, construction teams, and vendors from concept to completion, oversee space planning, renderings, and design presentations.

Applicants should be licensed architects with at least five years in commercial/office interiors, strong English communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years experience in commercial/office interior design and fit-out.
• Proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, space planning principles and design execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience leading a team and handling multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing space plans, drawings, and 3D renderings for commercial and office projects.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high design standards and meet deadlines.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and project briefings.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and procurement.
• Support project bidding efforts and deliver persuasive design presentations.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with safety codes, building regulations, and client expectations.
