Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in Makati. You will supervise the Junior Architect(s) and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality designs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, with 3–5 years of design experience. Licensure is an advantage but not required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• License is an advantage, but not required.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient or knowledgeable in Autocad, SketchUp, and basic rendering engines like Enscape.
• Excellent communication, intrapersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision‑making capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be willing to conduct site visits.
• Proven experience managing complex commercial, residential and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, construction methods, and permitting processes.
• Knowledgeable in other partner engineering trades. (MEPFS).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects across various phases.
• Review and approve architectural concepts, schematic designs, and construction documents.
• Ensure design solutions meet client objectives, project requirements, and applicable building standards.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams and other internal departments.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and quality control of architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor requests for information (RFIs).
• Address design and construction issues that arise during project implementation.
• Ensure construction work aligns with approved plans and specifications.
