Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is required.
• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from concept through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and systems.
• Skilled in SketchUp/Revit/CAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies.

• Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress and address technical issues.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, design proposals and project reports.
• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of design and documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of diverse architectural projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design to construction administration.

• Develop design concepts, presentations, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

• Review and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

• Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and address technical issues as they arise.

• Prepare and deliver client presentations, design proposals, and project reports.

• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of design excellence and documentation.
