• Minimum 2 to 3 years in healthcare AR, revenue cycle, or medical billing with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of billing practices, payer guidelines, denial management, and HIPAA.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Team Leads and AR specialists.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one check-ins.
• Collaborate with QA/Training on process updates and regulatory changes.
• Monitor roster adherence, shrinkage, and floor coverage for staffing efficiency.
• Participate in calibration sessions to drive best practices.
• Use reports to analyze productivity, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Support rollout of new tools and training initiatives.
• Ensure KPIs like Call per hour, productive hours, and accuracy are met.
• Prepare performance and trend reports for clients and leadership.
• Be approachable and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
