About Business line/Function:

ITO Market Operations covers Front Office activities such as ALM/Treasury and Fixed Income, Equity, Derivative local booking. MO consists Control and Investigations, Settlement and Confirmations. MO teams are also in regular contact with Capital Market Middle Office, Regional Back Office's and Regional Finance. Instrument Referential belongs to CIB ITO - MP - Markets Ops - Transversal Lifecycle Support organization and is in charge of Equities and Derivatives product creation and static/market Data monitoring.

Position Purpose

This role will primarily be part of APS (Application Production Support) team for ConnexisCash, which is made up of 10 people in Paris (Montreuil), 3 people in Montreal, and 5 people in HongKong, operating as part of a Follow-the-Sun team.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of EOD batches and Online application services using tools like Dynatrace, Geneos, etc.
• Perform SOD, EOD and other application health checks to ensure availability of the system.
• Deep Analysis of Incidents/problems to identify Root cause and Permanent Fixes.
• Ability to understand the production incident, troubleshoot and resolve the incident in a timely manner.
• Work with multiple teams viz, other Support teams, Infra teams, Dev teams et al in a close collaborative way.
• Responsible for Change, problem and capacity management for Corebanking applications.
• Ability to work on multiple incident/problem/service tracking tools for the complete lifecycle management of incidents, problem, change and service tickets.
• Ability to articulate, report and communicate effectively on incidents/problems.

• Contribute to the overall application stability and performance.
• Contribute to the overall incident /problem reduction and better collaboration within the team.
• Invoke, coordinate and interact with various teams for timely recovery.
• Meet goals and KPIs as set by the department manager

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Excellent Knowledge on , Unix / Shell scripts,Oracle /PL-SQL,Autosys and Good knowledge of Application Production Support Processes and tools

Preferred To Have

• Knowledge on Java, WebSphere
• ITIL Certificate
• Development/ Support experience in Corebanking
• Knowledge of MF COBOL, Informatica, BI4.x, Dynatrace, Python

Experience And Specific Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate in any discipline or Masters in Information Technology
• Experience Band: Overall 7+ Years of IT experience preferably in Application Production Support
