Job summary

Avaloq invites applications for an Application Manager to join our Service Operations team. You will oversee the technical operation and support for the Enterprise Data Management system (DataSource/T-ProDB) handling Financial Instrument data, working with technical stakeholders, business users and analysts.

Your role focuses on release planning, ongoing support, and monitoring interfaces and batch processes to ensure client service quality, with opportunities to contribute to framework

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement technical release management for customer projects and ongoing adaptations.
Ensure smooth application support.
Monitor technical interfaces to data providers and target systems.
Monitor end-of-day processing for all clients with on-call support and incident management.
Adapt and develop application operations and framework procedures as the customer base grows.
Update relevant documentation and operating manuals.
Participate in regular service meetings with internal and external customers.
Collaborate on migration project implementations.
Take on additional tasks related to technical development as qualifications allow.
