Job summary

A financial services provider in Muntinlupa is looking for an Accounting Sr. Executive to handle day-to-day accounting duties. Responsibilities include journal entries, maintaining AP aging, and generating reports for the client's Controller. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of US-based accounts payable experience and strong skills in Microsoft D365 and Excel. The role requires flexibility for night shifts and will eventually require working on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of US-based Accounts Payable experience.
• Ability to work night shifts and during PH Holidays.
• Experience in high-volume environments and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of journal entries and closing activities.
• Maintain and monitor the store’s AP aging.
• Reconcile AP’s GL and SL.
