Job summary

Our Clients seeks an experienced Commercial Head to lead Sales Operations and Marketing Operations, translating growth objectives into disciplined commercial execution. This executive will drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand effectiveness while partnering with Finance, Regulatory, and HR to ensure strong cross-functional execution.

The role requires 10–15 years of senior commercial experience, with a track record in leading integrated sales and marketing teams in pharma or consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA advantageous.
• 10–15 years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead Sales & Marketing operations.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare or consumer sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Sales Operations and Marketing Operations.
• Translate growth objectives into integrated commercial strategies and operating plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales and Marketing for customer, brand, portfolio, and growth.
• Establish priorities, timelines, and measurable business outcomes; implement reviews and follow-through.
• Lead governance, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to improve performance.
