Job summary

Cardinal Health International Philippines Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Analyst to handle requests for new ServiceNow reports or dashboards, address incidents related to dashboard performance, and assist users in understanding reports.

As part of the Data Analysts Team, you will train colleagues to use dashboards, develop executive dashboards and KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics, Looker, and Tableau dashboards.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling and data integration.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and operational reporting.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders, gather requirements and communicate analytical insights to leadership.
• Experience applying AI/Generative AI technologies to analytics, reporting automation, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.

As part of the Data Analysts Team, you will help to:

• Handle new reports or dashboards requests.
• Work on incidents relating to possible dashboard concerns.
• Work on incidents relating to questions on generated reports.
• Train people how to use the generated dashboards.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow Platform Analytics, Google Looker and Tableau dashboards, preferred.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling and data integration.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and operational reporting.
