The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data across healthcare operations, billing, finance, marketing, and HR. You will play a key role in improving reporting accuracy, developing dashboards and KPIs, identifying trends, and helping the organization establish a reliable single source of truth for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own and maintain the organization's operational reporting and analytics function.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards, KPI reports, and executive scorecards.
  • Create and maintain recurring operational reports and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from leadership.
  • Aggregate, reconcile, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze operational, financial, clinical, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support forecasting and business planning through data modeling, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Navigate and extract data from EMR, practice management, and other healthcare systems.
  • Produce productivity reports for providers, clinical staff, and operational teams.
  • Generate reimbursement, collections, and payment trend reports.
  • Analyze billing and revenue cycle metrics, including payer performance, denial trends, reimbursement trends, and collections.
  • Support reimbursement-related reporting and operational workflows.
  • Analyze referral sources, referral conversion, provider performance, and marketing ROI.

Data Quality & Process Improvement

  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance of data across multiple reporting systems.
  • Identify reporting gaps and opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Continuously improve reporting workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Help establish and maintain reliable sources of truth for business-critical data.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Operations, Billing, Finance, Marketing, HR, and leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, actionable insights.
  • Support Marketing through referral analytics, campaign reporting, lead tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Support HR through workforce reporting, staffing analytics, onboarding metrics, and personnel reporting.
  • Process and reconcile payroll-related data, including productivity and compensation reporting as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, EMR, practice management, billing, or revenue cycle systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large or complex datasets and identify inconsistencies or trends.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and accountable approach to work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive healthcare, financial, payroll, and employee data.
  • Strong willingness to learn new systems, processes, and reporting tools.
  • Teachable, adaptable, and eager to continuously develop technical and analytical skills.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that leadership and cross-functional teams can rely on. You will help improve the organization's data quality, streamline reporting processes, uncover meaningful trends, and turn raw information into insights that support better operational and strategic decisions.
