Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Senior SAP BI Developer to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of its enterprise analytics platform. You will bridge business needs with technical teams, delivering data-driven capabilities to empower strategic decisions and operational excellence across the organization.

The role requires strong SAP BW/4 expertise, data visualization proficiency (Power BI, SAC), and experience in data governance.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and data accuracy across analytics products.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end business processes in SAP LOBs (S/4, ECC, SCM, SRM, IBP, MDG).
• Build D&A reports and data pipelines that follow global standards and governance.
• Act as point of contact for D&A solutions and data products projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all D&A Data Products.
• Collaborate with Tech operations, integrations, and service managers.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As a Reporting & Analytics Senior SAP BI Developer, you will lead the design, delivery, continuous improvement and optimization of Bacardi’s enterprise reporting and analytics solution. Acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business needs into robust data-driven capabilities that support and empower strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving adoption, enforcing governance standards, and fostering continuous innovation within the Reporting & Analytics stream of organization’s transformation program.

You will work with internal and external partners to ensure that standards and best practices are followed in the development and support of analytics products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solution Design & Delivery
  • Understand end-to-end Business Process in different SAP LOB (S/4, SAP ECC, SCM, SRM, IBP, MDG)
  • Work and collaborate with Tech workstreams such as, but not limited to, Tech Operations, Integrations, Solution and Service Managers
  • Build D&A Reports and data pipeline / process chains that adhere to Global Standards and Governance Framework
  • Act as key point of contact for D&A Solutions and Data Products Projects and Enhancements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all D&A Data Products
  • Proactively identify and implement process optimization
• Strategic & Business Acumen
  • Strong understanding of core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing).
  • Translate Business needs to Functional and Technical Specifications
  • Assess Business Requirements and their impact on Business Process and Technical Operations
• Communication & Influence
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in influencing decisions and driving alignment across diverse teams and geographies.

SKILLS

• Data Warehousing and Modeling
  • Deep development experience in SAP BW/4, BW 7.5 on HANA, BODS, BOBI
  • Expert Level proficiency in modeling LSA++ Architecture
  • Strong experience in SAP BW customization via ABAP
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere or BDC
• Data Visualization
  • Build and Enhance BW Query, Analysis for Office Workbooks
  • High Proficiency in SAC Visualization (Stories, Insights, Live and Import Models)
  • Strong understanding in PowerBI and other non-sap Visualization Solutions
