Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Global Master Data Finance Service Delivery, to support Master Data across regions from Taguig. You will maintain GL Accounts, Profit Centers and other master data with high accuracy, resolve complex data issues, and drive process improvements while coordinating with internal and external audits.

You will work independently with minimal supervision, apply advanced finance knowledge, and mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Global Finance Master Data activities, including maintenance of GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Exchange Rates.
• Apply advanced finance and accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and timeliness of Master Data processes.
• Resolve complex Finance Master Data issues and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support audits and ensure audit-ready documentation and control compliance.
• Coaching or mentoring junior colleagues on Master Data processes.
