Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Analyst for the Global Finance Master Data team based in Taguig, Bonifacio Global City, Philippines, with opportunities across Bogota, Amersfoort, Leeds and Diegem. The role is entry level and focuses on service delivery of Master Data processes supporting financial operations.

As part of Finance Master Data, you will ensure compliance, data accuracy, timely month-end reporting, and strong internal controls while supporting auditors and stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a university degree in finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a financial reporting function.
• Finance Master Data knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of shared services centers and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Perform day-to-day operations of Financial Master Data: GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order, Exchange Rate.
• Identify and rectify errors; follow up on root causes.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of work and service.
• Resolve complex process issues beyond the team’s scope.
• Support auditors and ensure strong internal controls.
• Ensure month-end reporting is accurate and timely.
