Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Sr. Analyst – Global Expense Management in Manila to drive proactive AP issue resolution and prevent recurrence across regions.

You will partner with Procurement, vendors, and stakeholders to improve process quality and implement sustainable controls within P2P, tax registration, and compliance. The role requires strong vendor relationships, negotiation skills, and cross‑region collaboration across EMEA, APAC, and NA time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years in Accounts Payable or related area.
• Experience in vendor management and resolving AP issues independently.
• Familiarity with P2P processes and international invoicing standards.

Responsibilities

• Vendor liaison to resolve invoice compliance issues and guide vendors on requirements.
• Develop and maintain a vendor exception framework with rationale and risk.
• Coordinate with Procurement to resolve PO discrepancies affecting invoices.
• Maintain documentation of communications and prepare AP reporting for leadership.
• Collaborate across regions and time zones to optimize AP processes.
• Support AI-powered AP tooling by contributing to rules and data for automation.
• Support broader GEM and Finance initiatives and update policy docs.
