Planate Management Group seeks a Project Manager to lead aerodrome construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and cost control while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators.

You will drive planning, execution, and QA/QC across phases, resolve technical/contractual issues, and guide a multidisciplinary team to successful project completion in a complex aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with a valid PRC license.
• Must have been professionally licensed for at least twenty (20) years.
• Must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as a Project Manager in aerodrome, airport, airside, runway, taxiway, apron, terminal, or related aviation infrastructure construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, contract administration, cost control, scheduling, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Experience in international airport or major aerodrome development projects.
• Familiarity with aviation and airport construction standards, regulations, and operational requirements.
• Proficient in project scheduling and management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Experience working on government-funded or public infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of ICAO standards and airport design/construction requirements is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of airport and aerodrome construction projects. The role ensures that all project activities are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable aviation, engineering, regulatory, and quality standards. The Project Manager shall provide leadership to the project team and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
