Career Connect in the Philippines seeks a senior AI Architect to design and architect end-to-end AI solutions spanning traditional ML, generative AI, and agentic AI systems.

You will engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor, lead solution workshops, mentor teams, and drive delivery of high-quality AI solutions on time and within scope while translating complex concepts into business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML engineering and architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering ML models in production.
• Deep expertise in traditional ML and GenAI tech (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Hands-on agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong Python programming and ML framework experience.
• Ability to design GenAI evaluation frameworks and metrics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions spanning ML, GenAI, and agentic AI systems.
• Define GenAI design patterns and evaluate tradeoffs (RAG vs fine-tuning, prompts, agents).
• Lead client engagements and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Drive solution workshops and pre-sales presentations with execs and teams.
• Mentor teams on AI best practices, patterns, and implementation approaches.
• Contribute to architecture and code when needed and build PoCs.
• Manage delivery timelines and mitigate project risks.
