Job summary

iQor is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Agentic AI Solution, including the orchestration engine, data model, integration surface, and deployment topology. This senior role acts as the technical authority for the AI Dev Factory pod and sets the patterns for Frontline Development Engineers to follow, ensuring milestone delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise automation/orchestration platform.
• Strong Azure cloud architecture experience with containerized workloads on OpenShift/Kubernetes (ARO preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define the platform architecture for the business requirements including orchestration engine and data model.
• Design dependency-aware sequencing and contingency handling using AAP workflows and event-driven automation (EDA).
• Architect parallel recovery to meet RTO/RPO targets across components and groups.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow APIs, Azure (ASR), storage replication, DNS/AD failover and monitoring tooling.
• Establish deployment topology on Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) with managed PostgreSQL and right-size compute/storage.
• Define LLM usage patterns and token boundaries for summary generation per governance standards.
• Lead security architecture review readiness and assessment inputs.
• Set engineering standards and perform design/code reviews; collaborate with DR/Automation teams.
• Mentor Forward Deployed Engineers and staff ramping on agentic AI development.
