PeoplePartners BPO Inc. is seeking a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer to advance AI-driven software development with Claude Code and Gemini CLI. You will own end-to-end delivery, implement AI-assisted workflows, and ensure robust testing and security in production.

This role supports a remote, work-from-home setup with international collaboration. The position emphasizes strong software fundamentals, architecture discipline, and mentoring peers while working within an Australian-based tech

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial software engineering experience at a senior level.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# and/or React / Next.js.
• Production experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS or Azure and CI/CD in cloud environments.
• Experience applying Clean Architecture, DDD, and CQRS.
• Professional use of Claude Code, Gemini CLI or similar AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and support production software applications.
• Use Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and similar AI tools in daily workflows.
• Own delivery from ticket to production, including verification and PR.
• Plan and validate technical approaches before coding.
• Maintain architecture notes, ADRs, API docs, and runbooks.
• Create AI-driven automation with tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Integrate apps with databases, APIs, and development workflows.
• Mentor engineers in responsible AI adoption.
