Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to own features across UI, API/GraphQL, backend and containerized services in an enterprise B2B product. You will build the AI harness and orchestrate multiple agents, driving enterprise‑grade work end-to-end.

You’ll mentor junior engineers, maintain quality through reviews and tests, and ship polished features with a strong product sense. This is a fully remote role offering market compensation and the chance to shape AI‑native workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering with production depth in Java and ReactJS.
• Own features end-to-end across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containerized services.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive quality through reviews and tests.
• Demonstrate ownership with proactive problem solving and strong product sense.
• Experience with CI/CD and AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the harness to let AI agents do work and verify outputs.
• Orchestrate multiple agents across UI, API/GraphQL, backend, and containers.
• Mentor juniors and share the harness with the team to amplify impact.
• Own features end-to-end with no handoff and ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and QA to ensure enterprise-grade delivery.
