Qualifications

• 5+ years in production SRE/DevOps or Cloud Operations roles.
• Deep AWS expertise at scale.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• Shift-based availability and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• On-call incident response and escalation.
• Design and maintain autonomous AI agents and guardrails to power self-healing workflows.
• Ensure safe production changes with quality gates and rollback plans.
• Investigate root causes and ship permanent fixes.
• Document procedures for knowledge sharing across a global team.
