Job summary

DevRev in Metro Manila seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to collaborate with our Customer Experience team, building solutions on our core platform using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. You will help create a Knowledge Graph and integrate with SaaS and non-SaaS systems via APIs and webhooks.

You will deploy AI agents, optimize performance with prompt engineering, write SQL queries, and deliver rapid proofs-of-concepts. Willingness to travel up to 30% for on-site engagements is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering required.
• 3+ years in software development or platform engineering.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python skills.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG.
• API integration via REST/GraphQL and webhooks.
• Data modeling and graph data structures.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing: 30% of role engaging with customers.
• Hands-on coding and integration: 70-80% implementation.
• Design, develop and launch AI agents, integrations, and automations.
• Connect DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and real-time communication architectures.
• Apply prompt engineering to improve agent accuracy.
• Write SQL queries and build dashboards for insights.
• Collaborate across teams to align work and requirements.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site engagements.
