Job summary

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Staff Frontend Engineer to shape the frontend of an AI-powered product, expanding streaming chat into analytics interfaces. You will partner with Design to turn generative UI ideas into fast, polished implementations with strong accessibility.

The role emphasizes autonomy, crafting pixel-perfect interfaces, and collaborating across teams to elevate the user experience on a global, 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of frontend experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript.
• 4+ years backend experience with Python.
• Proven experience building and evolving production LLM systems, not just prototypes.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and tracing (LangSmith, LLM-as-judge, golden datasets).
• Strong attention to detail in UI, pixel-perfect and design-spec fidelity.
• Experience with analytics and charts (D3, Recharts, Visx).
• Familiar with design systems (Odyssey, Material, Carbon).
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend surface of a streaming chat app expanding into analytics interfaces.
• Build pixel-accurate, polished UI that matches design specs.
• Collaborate with Design on generative UI discovery and rapid prototyping.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive UX across internal experiences.
• Proactively surface UX issues and drive quality improvements.
