Job summary

GameOne PH is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead hands-on development of LLM apps, AI agents, RAG systems, and automation. You will design scalable backends and integrate AI with ERP, POS, and commerce platforms, while mentoring junior developers.

The role emphasizes Claude Code proficiency, MCP skills, and deploying production-ready AI solutions in a hybrid Cubao QC environment. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver practical AI powered business systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM apps and AI agents.
• M andatory Claude Code experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG systems, and automation workflows.
• Design agentic workflows using LLMs, tools, APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Use Claude Code extensively for development, debugging, testing, and automation.
• Work with MCP and custom Claude Skills to extend AI agent capabilities.
• Integrate AI with APIs, ERP, POS, e‑commerce, inventory, payment, and other business systems.
• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Own projects from prototype to production and improve system reliability.
