Job summary

GameOne PH seeks a Senior Software Engineer (LLM & AI Agents) to lead a development team while remaining hands-on, building scalable AI-powered solutions for business operations. You will work on LLM applications, AI agents, automation, APIs, and system integrations.

The role emphasizes API design, backend services, and reliable code quality, with Claude Code usage to accelerate development and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably full-stack or backend.
• Proven experience leading or managing software developers.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, RAG, or AI automation.
• Strong knowledge of AI prompting and AI coding assistants.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, including agentic terminal workflows, MCP, and/or custom Claude Skills.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system design, OOP, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, testing, debugging, CI/CD, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage junior to mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
• Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, backend services, and internal tools.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and automation workflows.
• Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and development workflows.
• Integrate third-party systems such as e-commerce, POS, payment, inventory, logistics, and other business platforms.
• Improve system architecture, database performance, security, and application reliability.
• Support Git, CI/CD, cloud deployments, troubleshooting, and production systems.
• Take ownership of project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
