Turtle Trax S.A. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI applications. You will work with .NET (C#), Python, and Azure to deliver production-ready AI/Generative AI solutions, from concept through deployment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience on enterprise-scale AI implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using .NET (C#) and Python.
• Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent orchestration frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
