Job summary

MedVirtual in the Philippines seeks a senior AI/ML engineer to design, build, and manage end-to-end software applications and production-grade autonomous AI agents. You will implement RAG architectures backed by vector databases and optimize multi-agent workflows while integrating LLMs via API.

Responsibilities include governance of AI models, lifecycle management, ongoing evaluation of deployed agents, and applying safety controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience shipping autonomous AI agents into production.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and manage software applications end-to-end.
• Build and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents.
• Design and implement RAG architectures backed by vector databases.
• Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows and agentic systems.
• Integrate large language models via API (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI).
• Own AI governance, model lifecycle management, and ongoing evaluation of deployed agents.
• Apply AI safety controls: guardrails, content filtering, and risk mitigation.
