Job description

Required Qualifications:

• Senior Associate: 4 to 7 years of experience

• Direct experience with every technology is not required, but familiarity with several—and the ability to learn the rest—is valuable

• Microsoft Agent Framework, Microsoft Foundry, Foundry evaluations, and Azure-hosted agent capabilities.

• C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, xUnit, and REST/OpenAPI services.

• TypeScript, Next.js, React, and modern frontend integration.

• PostgreSQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Docker, and Testcontainers.

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, GitHub Actions, Nx, Application Insights, and OpenTelemetry

• Prior production experience with AI agents or LLM applications is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable applying disciplined engineering practices to rapidly evolving technology and ambiguous, non-deterministic behaviour.
