Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. seeks experienced AI Engineers / Software Engineers to deliver AI-driven applications and AI agents in production.

You’ll work across backend and frontend, integrate with Azure cloud services, and collaborate with business stakeholders to turn evolving requirements into robust solutions. The ideal candidate brings 4–7 years of software engineering and 2+ years of AI experience, with strong problem solving and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced AI Engineers / Software Engineers with strong software development backgrounds and recent hands-on experience in AI-driven projects, AI agents, and/or LLM applications. The ideal candidate combines solid engineering fundamentals with the ability to work with evolving AI technologies and solve complex, ambiguous problems in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-driven applications and software solutions.
• Build and integrate AI agents and LLM-based applications for production use.
• Develop scalable backend and frontend solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Work with cloud-based AI and application services, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and other systems.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including testing, monitoring, observability, CI/CD, and secure development.
• Troubleshoot and improve AI applications, particularly in environments with evolving and non-deterministic behavior.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Strong experience in Software Development / Software Engineering.
• Recent hands-on experience with AI-driven projects, preferably within the last 2–3 years.
• Prior production experience developing AI agents and/or LLM applications is strongly preferred.
• Strong programming and engineering fundamentals with experience using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to work with evolving technologies and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements and non-deterministic AI behavior.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
