Job summary

IgniteTech, a global enterprise software innovator, seeks a senior full-stack engineer to own end-to-end features: React front ends, Java backends, GraphQL APIs, and containerized services. Your core craft is closed-loop agent workflows enabling autonomous AI-driven development at enterprise quality.

You will ship UI, API, backend and infra, drive from spec to release, and share workflows to boost the whole team's output.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production full-stack experience in Java and React.
• Daily use of agentic AI coding tools (Cursor/Claude Code/Codex/Windsurf or similar).
• Closed-loop quality habits: tests, type checks, build validation, and browser checks.
• End-to-end ownership from idea to production with strong product instinct.
• Experience with CI/CD and familiarity with AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect agent-driven workflows: define context, guardrails, and feedback loops.
• Ship full-stack features—UI, API, backend, and infrastructure from spec to release.
• Share workflows and tooling to raise team-wide productivity.
• Maintain high quality with automated verification and zero regressions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote AI-native practices.
• Stay at the frontier by evaluating new models and tooling.
