Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer in Test to join our AI-driven QE Transformation Team in the Philippines.

You will design and implement advanced AI-driven test solutions, integrate automation into DevOps pipelines, and promote modern testing practices across the organization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in QA/SDET, strong programming skills (Java/Python/JavaScript), and experience with AI tools for testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/SDET experience required.
• Night shift schedule (8pm-5am) with hybrid work (3x onsite in Mactan New Town).
• Experience building and maintaining test frameworks with listed tools.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI tools for testing (GenAI, Copilot, Agentic AI).
• Knowledge of LLM models and Copilot for Test Automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced test automation frameworks and AI-driven test solutions to enhance coverage and quality.
• Develop and promote reliable code for maintainability and reusability.
• Integrate tools into enterprise DevOps pipelines for end-to-end automation of integration and functional testing.
• Enhance and support applications following AI/automation best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern test automation frameworks and tools across the organization.
• Establish and enforce automation standards, frameworks, and best practices.
