Job summary

The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across the Audit, Risk & Compliance portfolio. You will connect business outcomes, technology delivery, governance and change adoption, while identifying practical opportunities to apply AI and automation.

You will own delivery from problem definition through implementation and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or related field.
8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years of leading medium to large enterprise technology projects.
Experience delivering projects across full lifecycle including change, integration and migration.
Experience across modern and legacy environments and managing multiple dependencies.
Practical AI literacy or experience applying AI/automation to delivery or processes.
Ability to evaluate AI use cases with business value, data readiness and security.
Strong communication, storytelling and influencing skills.
Experience with SDLC, Agile and Waterfall delivery, testing, release management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across Audit, Risk & Compliance.
Frame problems, define outcomes and align business needs with solutions.
Build integrated project plans including scope, budget, risks and dependencies.
Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
Identify uses of AI, analytics and automation with proper controls.
Use AI-enabled tools to improve requirements analysis, risk identification and test coverage.
Present status, options and recommendations to senior management and steering committees.
Establish governance, reporting and benefits measurement throughout delivery.
Coordinate across diverse stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues.
Lead or support RFP processes and evaluate solution proposals.
Ensure security, privacy and regulatory compliance in all activities.
