You will work across AI initiatives, from chatbots to automation, while ensuring governance, testing, and production readiness in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• 1 year experience in AI application development (Copilot AI Agent, Claude AI) and experience using AI services (Azure OpenAI, Claude AI, Cognitive Services).
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience integrating APIs and developing web or enterprise applications.
• Experience working with data sources, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Experience leading or supporting AI proof-of-concept and pilot initiatives.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve processes and outcomes.
• Define solution approaches, integration requirements, and implementation recommendations for AI initiatives.
• Develop AI-powered applications, including chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI capabilities into dashboards, SharePoint tools, and business workflows.
• Build and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic for AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to implement AI architecture and reusable components.
• Develop APIs and interfaces to connect AI models with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI solutions in production.
