Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field.
• 8+ years of IT software development experience.
• 3+ years of project and people management experience.
• Leadership responsibilities including operations management and employee performance development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools with knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall.
• Web/software development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for existing or new processes.
• Oversee full life cycle of automation solutions: identify opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
• Plan, assign, and direct work with management input to balance workloads and projects.
• Train new hires and ensure they have required knowledge before working independently.
• Provide regular coaching to improve staff performance and encourage participation in decisions.
• Analyze risk and mitigate project challenges.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead the team in completing project-based assignments to deliver automated processes.
• Guide the team in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes.
• Guide the team in implementing the full life cycle of an automation solution, identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools.
• Ensure the service level agreements are on target.
• Plan, assign, and direct work for the employees in cooperation with the manager to manage workloads and projects.
• Train new hires and ensure that they have sufficient knowledge and skills before performing their work alone/independently.
• Perform regular coaching to enhance the performance of staff and encourage participation in decision-making.
• Analyze risk and mitigate project circumstances based on impact assessment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT software development field.
• At least 3 years of managing projects and people.
• Understanding of leadership roles and responsibilities (i.e., operations management, employee performance management and development, customer management, etc.).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, and automation tools, with strong knowledge of Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Skilled in web and software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#.NET, and SQL Server.
