This role focuses on coaching teams and leaders on agile principles and leading change management initiatives across our Global Technology Operations (GTO).

Qualifications

• Proven experience coaching agile teams in a technology or enterprise environment.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change.
• Ability to influence without authority across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach delivery teams on agile principles and practices.
• Drive the adoption of agile frameworks across teams.
• Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization.
