Qualifications

Minimum 4 years college degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 months Royal Caribbean call center experience required.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Previous shoreside or ship-based Casino experience preferred.
External-facing experience with high-value guests preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide highest level of service to Club Royale guest database.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, faxes, and mail from partners and guests.
Manage direct group reservations, cabin inventory, air gateways, hotel packages, and dining assignments.
Answer questions about groups, products, and policies.
Sell cruise vacation packages by verifying product availability and promos.
Meet productivity and department goals; maintain accurate pricing and bookkeeping.
