Job summary

TakeCare Asia Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced actuarial leader to drive pricing, risk analysis, and product development. You will gather data, apply statistical methods, and develop pricing models for new and existing products in line with management objectives.

You will oversee actuarial and underwriting staff, mentor teams, and guide change initiatives to align with the company’s future direction while ensuring regulatory compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate with actuarial/math degree and license.
• Passes at least four actuarial examinations or related accreditation.
• 6+ years in actuarial/risk analysis for pricing products.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes data from internal and external sources.
• Applies mathematics, statistics, and finance to insurance problems.
• Develops reports and assists in policy development.
• Interprets regulations and prepares documentation for filings.
• Oversees actuarial/underwriting staff and drives performance.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop systems and policies.
• Mentors and coaches team members to reach goals.
• Guides change initiatives and aligns goals with business plans.
