Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years actuarial experience, including project management exposure.
• ASA or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in actuarial modelling and insurance operations.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and analytical tools.
• Ability to communicate complex actuarial insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing projects and ensure accuracy of actuarial models.
• Manage reinsurance negotiations and support complex pricing exercises.
• Provide strategic recommendations on product design and financial viability.
• Oversee product development deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and review documentation for regulatory filing and approvals.
