As the Actuarial Pricing Manager, you will:
- Lead financial modelling and pricing strategy for product development initiatives
- Provide recommendations on product design, positioning, and commercial viability
- Review documentation for product and reinsurance approvals
- Support or lead negotiations on reinsurance arrangements
- Communicate pricing results to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of actuarial outputs
- Drive pricing initiatives and oversee ad hoc requests from different channels
- Manage and mentor the actuarial pricing team to meet defined KPIs
What Makes a Successful Actuarial Pricing Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive actuarial experience
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries (or equivalent), nearing Fellowship preferred
- Strong expertise in actuarial pricing and insurance operations
- Proven experience in project and people management
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex actuarial results clearly
- Ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions
