Singlife Philippines is seeking a Sr. Actuarial Manager to oversee actuarial functions, pricing and product governance in a digital-first environment. You will lead pricing analyses, support profitability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions.

This role requires deep pricing experience, strong valuation skills, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across departments while ensuring regulatory compliance with the Insurance Commission.

Responsibilities

• Recommend pricing assumptions for new products considering digital-first operations.
• Create and maintain pricing models aligned with product features and assumptions.
• Review pricing actions for new and existing products within profitability standards.
• Generate profitability and sensitivity analyses and assess product risks.
• Prepare pricing documents for product approvals with the Insurance Commission.
• Prepare calculators for sales illustrations related to new products.
• Interface with key stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee actuarial functions and collaborate with departments to support decision-making.
• Assist in product development during design, risk management, and launch.
• Support regular reviews of profitability and risks and advise on pricing or pull-out.
• Support Operations for policy servicing.
• Prepare and validate underwriting tools and distribution models.
• Provide technical support for distribution and marketing initiatives and campaigns; reinsurance management and optimization.
• Manage reinsurers and optimize structures.
