Job summary

DFI Technology Philippines is seeking an Infrastructure Senior Specialist to maintain Windows Server environments, AD services (DNS, DHCP, NPS, CA, WSUS), and related tools across on‑premises and cloud. You will drive migrations, modernization, and documentation while ensuring security and reliability.

With 5+ years in Windows System Administration, you will tackle complex incidents, develop automation, support virtualization and backup platforms, and participate in disaster recovery tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer / Information Technology or relevant field.
• Min. 5 years of solid Windows System Administration experience (AD, DNS, NPS, CA, DHCP, WSUS).
• Experience in Active Directory design, engineering and migration projects.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Experience with virtualization and backup solutions is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing, multi-cultural environment and own tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AD transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Administer AD services, including identity and access management, GPO, DNS.
• Support on‑premises and cloud server infrastructure operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and security.
• Execute migrations, upgrades, DR testing, and recovery operations.
• Develop automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and inventories.
• Ensure security and change management compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support and travel to regional locations as required.
• Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing.
