Job summary

PepsiCo Philippines is seeking an experienced Directory Services Engineer to advance our enterprise AD and Azure AD strategy. You will design, implement, and support directory services across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments, driving automation and governance improvements.

The role requires extensive hands-on work with AD, Azure AD, and scripting to streamline identity management, security, and reliability. Collaboration across IT teams ensures high availability and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years experience in engineering and design of Active Directory
• 8+ years in supporting Active Directory
• 3+ years support Azure Active Directory
• Experience with large-scale LDAP/AD environments and governance controls
• Familiarity with SOX controls and advanced auditing

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and support a complex enterprise AD service in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environment
• Manage enterprise identity directories including Microsoft AD and Azure AD
• Develop automated solutions using scripts and cloud-based serverless platforms
• Produce detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
• Lead troubleshooting of high-severity incidents and participate in disaster recovery planning
