Job summary

NRI in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage customer receivables and ensure accurate account maintenance. You will allocate payments, monitor overdue balances, and resolve queries in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You'll support month-end close, maintain documentation, and look for process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and cash flow while upholding data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance, CA/CPA preferred.
• Oracle Financials experience or similar accounting systems advantageous.
• Microsoft Office (intermediate).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data from monthly trends and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and take ownership of outstanding receivables.
• Proactively monitor overdue accounts to support cash collection targets.
• Process and accurately allocate customer payments and receipts.
• Investigate unidentified or unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation and controls to support audit and compliance.
