Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to independently manage past-due collections and support accurate cash application within established policies. This role requires sound judgment on sensitive customer matters, collaboration with internal teams, and a high degree of day-to-day autonomy.

The position is hybrid, with onsite presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of A/R, accounting or financial process experience.
• Bachelor’s in business or Accounting preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Knowledge of SaaS companies and subscription-based revenue models.
• Understanding of GAAP principles and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers on past due amounts
• Approve, create and enforce payment plans
• Create and maintain process documentation for collections
• Monitor delinquent accounts for termination
• Review Customer Agreements to enforce terms
• Apply open credit memos to invoices
• Process payments (credit card, ACH, checks)
• Investigate cases and suggest refund solutions
• Facilitate approved payment plans and adjust due dates in system
• Leverage systems to automate dunning campaigns
• Research technologies for automation of cash processes
• Onboard, train, and mentor other team members on collections strategies

The SeniorAccounts Receivable &Collections Specialistis responsible forindependently managingcollectionsactivities for past‑due accounts and resolving complex or escalated customer situations within established policies and guidelines. This role plays a key part in supportingaccuratecash application,timelycollections, and effective issue resolution across the order-to-cash cycle.

TheSenior Accounts Receivable &Collections Specialist applies sound judgment to sensitive customer situations, interprets customer agreements to supportcollectionsdecisions, and partners closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. This roleoperateswith a high degree of autonomy in day-to-day execution and escalates non-standard or high-risk matters asappropriate.

How you'll add value

• Onboard, train, coach & mentor other team members on enterprise cash collections strategies

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• 1+ yearsdemonstratedA/R,accountingor financial process experience
• Bachelor’sin business orAccountingpreferred
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Salesforce experience (preferred but notrequired)
• Sage Intacct experience (preferred but notrequired)
• Flexibility with workload and ability to adhere to tight deadlines, and able to adjust schedules as needed
• Knowledge of SaaS companies and subscription-based revenue models
• Understanding of GAAP principles, and internal controls
