Changi Travel Services Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks an organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage invoices, payments, and refunds, and ensure accurate posting in the accounts system.

You will also perform reconciliations, monitor cashflow implications, and support audits and process improvements while maintaining strong vendor relationships and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting/LCCI.
• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent, meticulous, and a good team player with initiative.

Aufgaben

• Handles Accounts Payable functions such as invoices, payments and refunds processing
• Perform reconciliation of the Statement of Accounts against accounts payables records, and credit card statements to expenses
• Ensure complete and accurate AP documentation with proper approval submitted to finance department
• Identify and follow up outstanding invoices, claims and payment closely with internal and external parties
• Perform proper and timely recording and posting of entries into accounting system
• Preparation of monthly schedules and reports
• Prepare and maintain daily cashflow report and forecasts by monitoring expected supplier payments and operating commitments to support effective liquidity planning and funding planning
• Assist in Treasury related matters
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to identify and drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies
• Liaise with internal and external auditor on AP related matters
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and/or initiatives
