Job summary

BARE International invites applications for a Senior Accounts Executive role based in Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end finance operations, invoicing, AR/AP, GST, TDS, and month-end close while ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant work experience in Accounts/Finance (AR/AP, invoicing, taxation support).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role as an individual contributor.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation (BRS), ledger scrutiny, and month-end close support.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and basic reporting.
• Good communication skills, detailed and accurate.
• Knowledge of MS Office & Tally Prime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in Tally Prime, including routine entries in foreign currencies and supporting documentation.
• Manage client AR follow-ups and reconcile payments; share AR ageing updates.
• Handle day-to-day finance communications with clients/freelancers and respond to queries.
• Coordinate evaluator/vendor payments and support Accounts Payable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations for customers/vendors.
• Support month-end closing activities, including provisioning/accruals.
• Handle GST & TDS compliance (filing preparations and records).
• Assist in audit work and data reporting.
• Maintain organized and secure financial records.
