Job summary

RFNet Technologies Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Accounts Executive in the Philippines. The role involves assisting in closing and reporting, GST returns, and audits, while collaborating with management and various departments to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Familiar with Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), GST, Tax Laws, internal controls and accounting processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/O365, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in periodic accounts closing and reporting.
• Assist in GST returns, taxation and audit, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with management, various internal departments and support operational requirements.

• Assist in strengthening internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial processes and group policies, identifying operational improvement opportunities, troubleshooting system-related issues.

• Ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to enhance accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in system migration and improvement.
• Support finance-related projects and perform other accounting duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiar with Corporate Tax, Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), GST, Tax Laws, internal controls and accounting processes.
• IT savvy, familiar with accounting software and ERP system flows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/O365 applications, particularly Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Meticulous, organized, proactive, fast learner, adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environment, open for new challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive, responsible and humble attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Hands-on experience in project costing, accounts consolidation and system migration will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel whenever required.
