Ample Success HR seeks a Manager - Accounts & Audit to oversee end-to-end accounting and assist in finalizing books. Based at Andheri East (Head Office), Mumbai, the role entails leading bookkeeping, close processes, GL scrutiny, and preparing financial statements and audits.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in accounting/finance, strong communication, Ind AS knowledge, and Excel proficiency to manage multiple stakeholders with high integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience or working knowledge of Ind AS.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and support in finalization of books of accounts.
• Oversee bookkeeping and internal controls.
• Lead routine period-close activities: GL scrutiny, journal entries, accruals, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, audits, and reviews.
